TREATY OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE "KINGDOM OF RURITANIA" AND THE "EMPIRE OF HISPANIA"

The Kingdom of Ruritania micronational State and the State micronational EMPIRE OF HISPANIA that in the future be denominated respectively RURITANIA E HISPANIA through their official representatives extraordinary and plenipotentiary to sign this treaty, agree to start diplomatic relations at the highest level treated according to the following:

One.- Micronational States "kingdom of Ruritania"and "EMPIRE OF HISPANIA" declare that they are juridically equal, enjoy equal rights and have equal capacity to exercise it with full sovereignty, independence and self determination. The legal personality of each State signatory of this treaty micronational arises from the simple fact of its existence as a people intermicronational law, acceptance of this personality is irrevocable and unconditional.

Two.- "RURITANIA"and "HISPANIA" not interfere in the internal affairs or the other external. Within the scope micronational, respect each other's peoples, governance and territory where they exercise their sovereignty, symbols, institutions, legal systems and self-determination.

Three.- "RURITANIA"and "HISPANIA" express their willingness to advance issues intermicronational areas of law, political, cultural, political, social, tourist and military as well as the granting of titles of nobility according to the present and future treaties and understandings reached on the matters.

Four. "RURITANIA"and "HISPANIA" shared commitment to make public the signing of this Agreement for knowledge of their own citizenship and diplomatic circles micronational within a maximum period of 3 calendar days following the date of this treaty, by incorporating it in their official websites for information. And it has full effect from the date of signature even when it has not been published.

Five.- Since the case in which either one of the contracting micronational States in conflict with another State micronational outside the treaty, the other will not be limited to establish diplomatic relations or failing to take them to the conflict, only obliged to report the violation of the rights inherent micronational States exists or the emergence of the legal order intermicronational. The intervention will be a petition, the State is in full micronational free to intervene or not.

Six.- In case of violation of this treaty or the general principles of law intermicronational of diplomatic relations and his claim shall be terminated diplomatic relations, the embassy will be closed. The rupture of diplomatic relations will not affect the commitments made by States micronational "KINGDOM OF RURITANIA"and "EMPIRE OF HISPANIA" Contracting Parties to this Treaty during the term hereof. This Treaty of diplomatic relations does not affect obligations previously entered into by the High Contracting Parties under previous international agreements.
